Our mission is to develop and enhance the athletic performance of our clients. We provide an environment that promotes increased performance and injury prevention, through building healthy workout habits and inspiring discipline and drive. Our professional staff will educate our clients on proper athletic training techniques and physiological theories, while also providing guidance for strength and speed training.

CORE strives to become the leading multi-sport training facility in the Mid-West. We will attain this by educating our clients on proper physiological theories and training techniques. CORE maintains the capacity to train clients as teams, small groups, and individual athletes. Through the use of functional strength and agility training we strive to increase every clients' performance. CORE desires to become a nationally known performance enhancement name.

CORE is an athletic performance enhancement facility. Our goal is to increase the power and speed of our clients. CORE training creates strength and stability from the core outward. Athletes will learn how to be more powerful through the use of a dynamic warm-up, plyometrics, agility, and functional strength training.
